Vehicle Restoration

Advice can be given on home projects, we can fabricate/fit new panels if needed or have the vehicle in for a full nut and bolt restoration.

Depending on the scale of the project we can take the vehicle back to a bare bodyshell, strip the mechanical parts completely, media blast or have it chemically dipped, then rebuild it from the ground up.

All of the Metalwork is repaired and fabricated in house, by our skilled team using classic methods and tooling to an exceptional standard and finish. We source genuine panels where available or if not we fabricate using the English wheel, folders, rollers, swagers etc, Then welded in place to the factory specification.

We would then liaise with the customer as to what paintwork is required, what standard and budget they are working with.

Then rebuilt to the highest standard, either with original parts supplied with the project, sourced period, or upgraded components.

The process of removing the components before work commences is just as important as the actual work being carried out to us, its done with care and attention.

Parts are inspected, tested, restored and repaired where needed, bagged, labelled and possibly sent off for specialized work such as chroming, powder coating etc. Then stored safely until needed. This could be during the build to dry fit or when the vehicle is painted and going back together for the final time.

The chassis and shell can be Media blasted on site in our indoor blast facility ( so the weather isnt an issue) or chemically dipped off site. Whichever is the preference of the customer. We will advise and recommend at this stage to which process we think is best for the individual vehicle being restored based on its condition and value.
