Depending upon the nature of the of the individual job, welding methods that can be used are
- TIG (tungsten inert gas welding)
- MIG (metal inert gas)
- Gas (oxygen and acetylene)
- Brazing (adding filler material…. not really welding as it doesn’t involve melting the two metals being joined)
If the vehicle is to be kept as original as possible, the welding process and aesthetics will be replicated as was done in the factory on its initial build.
If not then we can also offer advise on ways of improving the vehicles strength or the welds aesthetics as methods of welding have improved greatly over the years.
We can repair one panel, many panels or a whole vehicle. The choice is yours.
We thrive for Perfection, so repairs are not patched over the top of the old panels. We remove the unwanted/rusty/damaged area, lay in a new piece and metal finish where the weld cannot be seen in most cases, depending on the vehicle, customers budget and needs.
